“一带一路”～新征程新未来

辞旧岁，蝉蜕陈皮栖贵枝，迎新年，君子远志上重楼。2022年12月27日，“一带一路”经济合作（柬埔寨）协会成员欢聚在柬埔寨首都金边，共庆圣诞共迎新年。

参加活动的协会主要领导有“一带一路”经济合作联合协会秘书长兼柬埔寨协会创会主席许峰先生、柬埔寨协会主席沈百安先生、执行主席孙鹏先生、执行副主席孔建明先生、李首俊先生、林梅国先生、曹军先生、副主席刘钢先生、马文俊先生、外交事务主委鄢富鑫先生、基金行业主委成天赐先生、箱包行业主委寻娟女士、照明行业主委邹平先生、酒店行业主委冯华先生、燕窝行业主委王飞先生、建材行业主委唐晟梁先生、新加坡事务主委苏劲桥先生、韩国事务主委朴龙石先生、斯里兰卡事务主委韦思万先生、台湾事务主委陈正一先生、秘书长陈斌先生、执行秘书长赵生伟先生、党帅先生、执行副秘书长蔡润生先生、钟汉源先生、副秘书长胡华英女士、邓亚非先生等，一些申请加入协会的新成员列席了会议。

联合协会秘书长许峰先生在年度总结大会上做工作报告，协会其他领导代表纷纷发言表示对协会的发展充满信心，并将继续积极支持协会的发展工作。联合协会领导代表通过视频全程仔细观察聆听了会议全部过程和内容，领导们充分肯定了柬埔寨协会在2022年所取得的工作成绩，表示柬埔寨协会成员品貌端正、作风正派、朝气勃勃，是正能量的企业家代表团队，祝贺会议圆满成功！希望联合协会秘书长许峰先生进一步加强优化秘书处的领导工作，努力把握推进联合协会的国际化、全球化发展方向，致力于把“一带一路”全球经济合作联合协会打造成国际知名的经济合作平台。

目前为止，“一带一路”全球经济合作联合协会已经设有联络办主任级的国家有：新加坡🇸🇬、印度尼西亚🇮🇩、澳大利亚🇦🇺、泰国🇹🇭、法国🇫🇷、日本🇯🇵、阿联酋迪拜🇦🇪、希腊🇬🇷、南非🇿🇦，设有代表级的有：马来西亚🇲🇾、韩国🇰🇷、美国🇺🇸。

联合国咨询机构全球中小企业联盟曹方秘书长代表联盟专门为“一带一路”经济合作（柬埔寨）协会2022年度会议发来贺信，并共同签订长期《友好协会》战略合作协议。

“一带一路”经济合作（柬埔寨）协会年度总结会议结束后，举行庆圣诞跨新年晚宴，邀请了柬埔寨政府官员、友好协会及社会各界代表参加了晚宴活动。晚宴设计布置显得品味高雅、格调大气、充满浪漫气息！整个晚宴气氛活跃，大家举杯畅饮、相互交流、热情高涨！

漫步空间又一年，唱吟赋和友情绵。迎新辞旧抒胸臆，共谱诗坛锦绣篇。

On December 27, 2022, the annual summary meeting of the "Belt and Road" Economic Cooperation (Cambodia) Association was held in the conference hall of the Human Resources University in Phnom Penh, the capital of Cambodia.

The main leaders attending this meeting in Phnom Penh are Mr. Xu Feng, Secretary-General of the Global “Belt and Road” Economic Cooperation Federation Association and Founding Chairman of the Cambodian Association, Mr. Shen Bai’an, Chairman of the Cambodian Association, Mr. Sun Peng, Executive Chairman, Mr. Kong Jianming, Executive Vice-Chairman, and Executive Vice-Chairman Mr. Li Shoujun, Chairman, Mr. Lin Meiguo, Executive Vice Chairman, Mr. Cao Jun, Executive Vice Chairman, Mr. Liu Gang, Vice Chairman, Mr. Yan Fuxin, Chairman of Foreign Affairs, Mr. Cheng Tianci, Head of Financial Industry, Ms. Xun Juan, Head of Luggage Industry, and Zou Ping, Head of Lighting Industry Mr. Feng Hua, Head of the hotel industry, Mr. Wang Fei, Head of the bird's nest industry, Mr. Tang Shengliang, Head of the building materials industry, and other representatives from various industries attended the meeting. In addition, Mr. Su Jinqiao, the Head of Singapore Affairs, Mr. Park Yongshi, the Head of South Korea Affairs, Mr. Visva Buddhika, the Head of Sri Lanka Affairs, and Mr. Chen Zhengyi, the Head of Taiwan Affairs, also made a special trip to attend the meeting. The new Secretary-General Mr. Chen Bin, Executive Secretary-General Mr. Zhao Shengwei, Mr. Dang Shuai, Executive Deputy Secretary-General Mr. Cai Runsheng, Mr. Zhong Hanyuan, Deputy Secretary-General Ms. Hu Huaying, Mr. Deng Yafei and other members of the Secretariat attended and arranged the meeting. Some new members who applied to join the association attended the meeting.

Mr. Xu Feng, Secretary-General of the Association, made a work report at the annual summary meeting. Other leading representatives who participated in the meeting expressed their confidence in the development of the association and will continue to actively support the development of the association! The annual work summary meeting of the "Belt and Road" Economic Cooperation (Cambodia) Association conducted a full video call with the main leaders of the Global Association. The leaders carefully observed and listened to the whole process of the meeting. After the meeting, the leaders congratulated the success of the meeting and hoped that Mr. Xu Feng, Secretary-General of the Association, will further strengthen and optimize the leadership of the secretariat, strive to promote the internationalization and globalization of the Association, and strive to build the Global "Belt and Road" Economic Cooperation Federation Association into an internationally renowned economic cooperation platform .

So far, the Global "Belt and Road" Economic Cooperation Federation Association has established director-level liaison office in countries: Singapore 🇸🇬, Indonesia 🇮🇩, Australia 🇦🇺, Thailand 🇹🇭, France 🇫🇷, Japan 🇯🇵, UAE Dubai 🇦 🇪, Greece 🇬🇷, South Africa 🇿🇦, with representatives: Malaysia 🇲🇾, South Korea 🇰🇷, and the United States 🇺🇸.

Secretary-General Cao Fang of the Global Alliance of SMEs, a United Nations consulting agency, sent a congratulatory letter on behalf of the Alliance for the 2022 annual meeting of the "Belt and Road" Economic Cooperation (Cambodia) Association, and jointly signed a long-term "Friendship Association" strategic cooperation agreement.

After the annual summary meeting of the “Belt and Road” Economic Cooperation (Cambodia) Association, a Christmas and New Year’s dinner was held, and Cambodian government officials, friendship associations and representatives from all walks of life were invited to join the dinner. The design and layout of the dinner is elegant and full of romance! The atmosphere of the whole dinner was lively, everyone toasted and drank, communicated with each other, and the enthusiasm was high!

Walking in another year, singing friendship. Welcoming the new and saying goodbye to the old, expressing our feelings, and composing a splendid chapter in the poetry world.
